1) How do I order on this website?
Step 1: Look for In-Stock products. If the item is In-Stock, it will have a button that says “ADD TO CART”. (Items that are Out-of-Stock will only show “+ Add to Wishlist”.)
Step 2: After clicking “ADD TO CART,” you will have a choice to “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”, “PAYPAL CHECKOUT”, “CONTINUE SHOPPING”, OR “CLICK OR EDIT YOUR CART”.
Step 3: If you decide to pay for your order, please choose one of the available options.
Step 4: During Secure Checkout, you will be offered free 2-7 Business Day Shipping as your only option. If you wish to choose free shipping, please continue your checkout as a Guest or Returning Customer. If you continue checking out as a Guest, you will be asked to fill out your billing/shipping contact details. Then Click on “FREE SHIPPING $0.00.” Finally, you will review your order, and Click “PROCEED TO PAYMENT.”
You are now finished paying for your order using Standard Free Shipping!
2) How can I pay for Expedited Shipping?
If you want your order delivered faster through Expedited Shipping, you will do the order in the same way (as shown above), Click on Free Shipping and pay for your order. However, after you finish paying for your order, go to our homepage and click “SHIPPING OPTIONS.”
Click SHIPPING OPTIONS to be transferred to our homepage now. By clicking on Shipping Options, at the bottom of the homepage, you will be able to select the type of Expedited Shipping you need as well as pay for this. (You can pay for Expedited Shipping before or after you pay for your order.)
3) How do I use the Cart?
At any time that you are shopping, you may click on the “MY CART” button at the top right side of the page to see your shopping cart, update cart, or proceed to checkout. If you want to remove an item from your cart, please note that you will need to Click on “GO TO SHOPPING CART” in order to make these changes.
4) What payment forms do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or payment using PayPal.
5) How long will it take for my payment to be processed?
It usually takes about 1 hour for payment to be processed. Payment processing is automated and is managed by a contracted company. If your payment is approved, we will receive confirmation of this. If this confirmation is received by 2 p.m. PST on a business day (not weekend or holiday), we will be able to fulfill your order on the same day.
6) How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Order fulfillment is same day for standard and expedited shipping if we receive your order and payment by 2 p.m. PST on a business day (not weekend or holiday).
7) How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Normal shipping time: 2 – 7 business days
3 Day Shipping: Guaranteed 3 business days
2 Day Shipping: Guaranteed 2 business days
Overnight Shipping: Guaranteed 1 business day
8) The item I want to buy is Out-of-Stock. How long should I wait for it to be restocked?
Currently, only Lumica brand products (including Lumiace) are restocked throughout the year. Restocking dates for other items will vary. Except for very popular costumes, costumes are typically not restocked. For availability and restocking dates of these and other items, please email us at email@example.com to get further details.
9) What kind of product quality should I expect of your costumes?
We provide the best quality products we can find at the cheapest prices we can offer you! Naturally, our line of products, which are Patymo, ClubQueen, Steampunk, and Uniton, may sometimes be priced lower than other name brand products in order to make it a little easier for you to buy in quantity!
10) What kind of return policy do you offer?
Our return policy can be found here. We offer simple returns, as long as the return is taken care of within our return policy guidelines. We ask that these guidelines be followed to make the return as simple and easy as possible.
